Alan Bashor, CS

Since graduating from Principia College, Alan has continued to serve the cause of Christian Science in a number of ways. In addition to being an active member of his branch church and his Christian Science Association, he has had the privilege to serve on a number of Christian Science-related boards including Sunnyside Inc. (Dallas), The Principle Foundation (Overland Park, KS), Principia Alumni Board, The Leaves (Dallas) and Twelveacres (San Francisco).

After his role as Dean of Men at Principia College, he entered the business world, a career that culminated in business ownership. Alan was named CEO of The Albert Baker Fund in 2008, a position which, “gave me the opportunity to pay back the Movement for the blessings that were so generously given to me by Christian Scientists through the years.” After 11 years at ABF, Alan entered the full-time practice of Christian Science when he became Journal-listed in 2020.
