Patti Thorson Paul, CS, has spent most of her adult life listed in The Christian Science Journal. After meeting the Christian Science nurses at “The Birches” while working at Camp Newfound for Girls in Harrison, Maine, she decided to take Christian Science nurses’ training a few years later at Wide Horizon in Colorado. After about 18 years, she began to get calls for prayerful support so she moved her name to the Christian Science Practitioner pages of the Journal. Patti brings a perspective of having been a Christian Science nurse and now a Christian Science practitioner to her metaphysical talk “Be still, and know that I am God” given on June 19, 2020.
