“God is known in loving-kindness…”
Christian Science Hymnal No.76
Traditionally, valentines are anonymous. We are breaking with such a tradition. We want you to know that we are sending you our love.
Our thank-you’s for your loving support seem modest in comparison to the deep gratitude and affection we feel in our hearts. We want you to know how much we appreciate the years of loving contributions in time, effort, prayers and donations.
It is the consistency of the support over the years that is especially touching. Decade after decade, individuals have stepped forward to conduct our Church services, read to our guests, volunteered to complete projects, donated time, skills and professional services.
In good times and hard times, our fellow Christian Scientists and others who appreciate our healing mission, step forward to march along with us and aid in our progress.
In her message on the occasion of laying the corner stone for the Church in Concord, Massachusetts, Mrs. Eddy writes:
“We live in an age of Love’s divine adventure
to be All-in-all. …God has blessed and will bless
this dear band of brethren.”
The First Church of Christ, Scientist and Miscellany, 158: 9-10, 24 (only)
That is how we think of the many who continue to give their love to High Ridge House and its healing purpose day after day, year after year — our “dear band of brethren.”
With love,
